Q.

H1-B transfer denied

I changed from employer 'A' to 'B'. Empler 'A' visa expired in Nov 2008.Employer B filed for H1-B transfer and extension in Dec'07.The case was pending for over a year.Company 'B'merged with 'C' in 2008 and I was placed in one of company owned by 'C'. In Apl'09 company 'B' got RFE. After the response to RFE,H1B got denied in MAY 2009 and notice was received by employer, saying that it is an interal project and there is no documentation for the scope of the project. It was NOT appealed by my employer. There was no fault on my part seen anywhere in the denial document.
1)Can I find another employer and file H1-B transfer? What are steps needed
2)How long can I stay to find anothr employer
3)Can I get/seek admission to any course in US
4)What options do I have like marrage etc.
