Q.

H1B extension Denied

I filed H1B extn on Apr 28th,09 got an RFE on May 6th,09 my lawyer replied the RFE on
Jun 6th,09 I got a denial on Jun 17th,09 then my lawyer filed an appeal on July 10th,09 simulataneaoulsy my employer started applying for new H1B thru premium processing with another company they are sending the docs to USCIS on coming July 29th,09.
Currently iam still working with my client and have project assigned till Oct 30th,09
H1B and I94 - expired on May 15th,09
1)Can i work till oct with same old employer.
2)If i get an approval from new employer on Aug 15th can i work till Oct with old employer & go stamping to INDIA.How good are chances of getting VISA.
3)What if iam leaving the country in oct, will i be stopped by immigration as iam
unlawful from July 17th.
Plz advice.
