Q.

H1-H4-H!b

Hi James,
I have spoken to you few times.I need to confirm my status in this country.I was on h1b till May5
-Laid off on May 5
-Applied for h4 right away on May 5
-Applied H1b transfer on june 17(At this time my h4 was pending on June 17)
-H4 got approved with new I-94 on June 29
-H1b got approved with 94 on July7 with another I-94

So what is my status now ? H1 or H4
My company saying you are on H1.Last rule governs.I need your advise.Please let me know
