I'm on full time CPT in NJ,my school is in CO.To maintain the status I registered for the course and i attended few classes, becoz of traveling problems i spoke with professor and i didn't attend for the classes, but i'm submitting my course assignmentsut i got a message from DSO that i was terminated from the school becuase of not attending for classes. Now i'm in out of status. DSO suggested me to apply for reinstatement but i can't work on CPT. My company is ready to process H-1 for me.I can apply H-1 in 60K quota now,but now i'm in out of status. I'm not attending to the company too beacuse its illegal to work, my company doesn't know about my status. I'm in sick leave.I can discontinue my studies, but i'm looking for work authorization. Is there any possible way for my situation?
