H4 Visa Extension question
I have changed employer last year and got H1B extended till Mar 2011. I forgot to apply for my wife's H4 extension at that time.
My wife is having H4 Visa stamped on her passport valid till Oct 1, 2009. She recently traveled to India and she got new I-94 on her return trip to US at the POE valid till Jan 2011 (based on my I797).
As her H4 visa in the passport expiring on Oct 1 , 2009, do I need to apply for her H4 visa renewal (or extension) ? or Is it not needed as she has valid I-94 till Jan 2011?
