H1B Transfer Denied. Best Options Available

Hello
Got my H1B approved last year under the Masters Quota through Company A.
Got laid off on March of this year.
Applied for H1B transfer through company B and Company A revoked my H1B a few weeks after that.
Compnay B's transfer application was denied. Got the denial update on the 23rd of june thorugh the USCIS website.
Company A is offering me a job again.
Now that i am out of status for the past 1 month, what could be the best possible options to proceed with?
1. Apply for a new H1B?
2. Being out of status for the last 1 month, does it effect my new H1B?
3. Do i have to go back to my home country and come back again after recieving the approval Or can i stay here and wait for their decision. They are doing premium processing.
Please advise me with my best options
Thank You
