1) i am on h1b and my h1b expires on sep 31st 09 . i have applied for h1b but it got two times rfe and looks likely to be denied. what if it denied and i have applied for mba to university and waiting for I-20.

2) what will be the process after i got my I-20 from the university . And my passport is allready expired , so is that i have to have renewal of my passport ?

3) i am married and wife is permanet green card holder since 3 years and mom is green card holder since 4 years and my sister is u.s citizen and she had file for me in jan 2004 . what if i go out of status ? is there anyway these conditions can give me some kind of status that i can wait till my dates becomes current .

my wife will be citizen in coming 2 years now and mom will be apply next year for citizenship.
