Change of employer after Denial of first change

I transfered my H1 from Company A to B in April 09. Got RFE ,company B could not provide all document with RFE. Now it has been denied and and have MTR.( Last date July 20)Company B is not intersted in filing MTR. They have paid me from April 01 till date

I now have another offer from company C with long term project . My H1 with Company A is valid till September 2010. They have not cancelled or revoked it yet.

Will there be a problem to join Company C. They want to file in premium processing.Should I request them to do only H1B transfer with just change of employer or with a request to extend for 3 years?
Which pay stubs should be filed with my new H1B petition.Company A or B.What documents should company C send ( Do they need to put denial letter and RFE of company B
