H4 to F1 with perm processing

Hi

I am currently on H1B with PERM application filed in march 2009. My wife has got admited to graduate school(currently on H4) and would like to go to F1 to use scholarship.

A) Would this impact or cause trouble my green card process at I-140 or I-1485?
B)I plan to use cross charegebility(my wife is born in UAE) while filing for I-140. can i file I-140 with cross chargebility with my wife on F1 or do i need to transfer her back to h4

C)My wife had filed for green card lottery. Do we need to disclose on i-539 that she had imigration petition filed in past either due to her green card lottery filing or my PERM filing

d)is there any risk in getting change of status in canada, so she could get F1 faster?

Thanks
mohit
