F1 - h1 - F1 change of status by travelling
Hi, Thank you for you time. Currently I am on H1b status and planning to join school from fall 09 under F1 status. Prior to my H1b status i was on F1 status and I have an unexpired visa till feb 2010. So now, to change status to F1 from H1 can i just travel outside the country and use my unexpired visa together with new I-20 from new school. Or i will have to get a new visa from the consulate.
