Paystub issue

Hi,

I went for my H1B visa stamping on 01/22/09. Due to research oriented job, my visa got stuck in TAL. As a result I exhausted my vacation and my employer had to take me off payroll from 01/04/09.

I got my visa on 08/05/09 and resumed work on 05/13/09. They had to hire me all over again and my new start date was 06/26/09. According to the payroll office the earliest pay stub they can issue me will be 07/22/09.

Recently I was offered job by company B. They are filing for the H1B transfer and asked me for my latest pay stub. I gave them March’s pay stub and explained them the reason for same and forwarded the email from payroll office as support.

Will the lack of pay stub from April till date be an issue? I have proof for everything I have stated above.

Thanks
Sumeet
