H1 change to B2 got denied..
Would you do me a favor give me advice?
I got laid off on Jan 30,09, my lawyer suggested me to change to B2, but I got denied( April 3), and appeal the case and got deined, ( on June 30) so I am leaving for Taiwan on Aug 3.
If I want to come back, can I apply B2 from Taiwan? How long I should stay in Taiwan will be safe to get visa? or do you have a better advice?
