Q.

I-140 Approved but would like to transfer to other company

Hi, I got I-140 approved in May 15th, but my employeer situation is coming worse because the economical crisis... he requested to agree to work with reduced salary, I was getting other job offers but I wanted to wait until I get my I-140. Is it a way I can move to other company with my Approved I-140 and don't lose my status? is it some timeframe I need to wait for? my 1st 3 years H1B permmit is expiring soon, and employeer already requested renewal.
