Hi my details as follows:
1. My PERM LCA approved on July 9th, 08.
2. I140, I485, I765, I131 applied concurrently and still pending.
3. Current 6th year H1B expires July 12th, 09. Already recaptured time spent outside USA.
Now under H.R. 2215, I should be able to get 1 year extension, since my PERM is approved and 365 days will be passed on July 9th 2009. Should I wait up to July 9th, 09 and then send H1B extension to USCIS or I can send any time now?
Also, my window is very tight if I send on July 9th because my H1B expires July 12th. (July 11 and 12 is weekend). So if they receive my case on July 13th, am I allowed to continue my work before receiving the actual receipt or I am good if I have FedEx receipt showed that they received my file on July 10th or 13th.
