H1 denial
Hi
My H1 got denied because of following reasons
1. Invalid LCA - when extension was filed i had an LCA for Naperville, when we got RFE i got a different project in Texas. RFE asked for contract which showed the work location in Texas
2. Contract between my company and middle vendor not submitted. Though the contract between miidle vendor and end-client was submitted
Both of the reasons seems to be incorrect documentation on behalf of my attorney.
What are the options available to me now?
