Q.

L1 - H1 COS

I am in L1 visa and valid till feb 2010.I applied for H1 COS and got it approved(eff from Oct 2009). The I797A notice has My current I94 number in it. I am planning for vacation tO India between Jul- Aug.
My Questions;
1. Will there be any prob if I go out of US.
2. Should I need to update the I797A with the new I94 Number(Which I get after vacation)?
3. If Yes to 2, How Should i do that?
4. Should i need to handover the I94 in I797A when I go for vacation.
5. Will the immigration at POE have visibility of mY new H1.
