Q.

Risks associated with H1 Transfer

I am on H1 with Company A since March 2008. I do not have pay stubs for the period 1st March 2009 to 18th May 2009 since I was benched. I am on a project now and got a pay stub for balance of May.
Company B applied for my H1 Transfer under premium processing today. They are urging me to join by next week, as they have urgent client requirement (I know it is true).
What are the risks involved in joining Company B before the approval? What will happen if company A cancels my H1 and company B's H1 Transfer is denied?
What is the best option in my case?
