H-1B transfer documents mailed out to USCIS on JUNE 12
BEGIN DATE of transferred H1-B was set for JUNE 15
2 days back got USCIS letter that previous H1-B was REVOKED, DATED and EFFECTIVE JUNE 10
Am I currently on legal status?
Can I start working with the H1-B transfer receipt once I receive the receipt?
What happens to my H1-B transfer application?
Should I do premium processing for the H1-B transfer?
I am hesitant to start working on EAD as I am waiting the result of my fiancée’s H1-B visa application. I am under the impression that if her H1-B application is refused and I am on EAD we would have issues with regards to me adding her to my pending I-485.
