Q.

Query regarding L1 to H1 Transfer

Hi,

Currently i am on L1 through company A and now this company wants to change my status from L1 to H1 but i already have a valid H1(with change of status NO)approved in 2008 through company B. Now can i go for this new L1 to H1 transfer through company A despite having H1 through comapny B?will there be any problem in future if i have multiple H1s although filed by 2 different employers?
