Q.

L1 to H1 and agin L1

Hi,

1. Came to US in 2006 on L1 with Indian company A
2. Company B applied for my H1B in 2008. It was approved.
3. Went back to India in Nov 2008 as my existing L1 was getting expired.
4. Due to market condition did not quit company A in India and did NOT go for H1B stamping.
5. Company A asked me to file L1. I did so L1 got approved and came to US on L1 for Company A.
6. Now what is the status of my 2008 approved H1B with company B? Is it cancelled?
7. Can I switch to company B in US with 2008 approved H1?

Thanks in advance
