This is Amit seth .I have spoken to you over the phone and shared emails in portal abt H1-H4-H1b questions. This time my query is my new employer applied h1b t/f and my H4 application is pending. Do i need to withdraw this h4 application? What I will do to make sure USCIS won’t approve my h4 application? Right now this application is in pending status since 1 month. Please also tell me procedure to withdraw H4 and letter format which I need to use.

I was on H1b and laid off.My last pay date was May 5. On same day I have applied H4 which INS recieved on May 6.
My question if I gets new offer before H4 get approved say i.e. next week. What my new employer has to do? Can I start with new employer immidately as mine H4 still in pending statu
