H1 extension denied, applying for F1
My H1B extension petition has been denied on june 12th. I already got an I-20 with issue date june 1st.
a) Can I go ahead and apply for F1 visa while staying in US?
b) If I apply what are my chances of F1 approval?
c)Also, if I can get a job offer from any employer can I apply for new H1B with the offer while staying in US?
d) As I'm out of status from june 12th how long can I stay in this country?
