Q.

H1-B transfer denied:Multiple reasons - PLEASE suggest!!

which is best option to follow:
Apply new with same company(B) or new company(C)?appeal?apply for transfer with new company(C)?

Legally when is the last day if not appealing:Denial Notice date or after 30 days?

If transfer: apply with company(A) H1-B(not cancelled) or company(B) denial(Working with B since last two months)? Cannot go back to A.

Apply New:
If applying with B or C,do we have to show H1 from A and B(denied)?
Show previous pay stubs from:A and B?Will they ask why applying for a new H1-B? Please suggest answers?
Will it be a problem to show pay stubs from B for past two months and applying for H1-B now with B?
LCA-from both client state and company state required?
use/show any thing else in place of lost paystubs-like bank directdeposit statement from A
