H1 B NON-COMPETE agreement

I am trying to transfer my H1 to a end client from my current consulting company. When I joined my current company I signed a letter and I am not able to get hold of that letter now to see if there was any kind of contractual obligation or non-compete clause in it.I have the copy of documents my Employer used while filing for h1 including I-129 petition and supporting document/letter to the immigration officer, I have noticed in that document that terms of employment terms states that "We will retain all control over employment including but not limited to the right to hire, fire, pay supervise and other regular control of employee. It is intened but not made as contractual obligation of parties that employment will be for three years".Does this prove that he does not have any such agreement?
