I am currently working in Company X on L1-B Visa from Jun-2007 till date(Validity till Jun-2010).
Company Y applied for L1-H1 COS and got approved from 01-Oct-2008.
But till now I am working for my L1-Employer did not join H1 Employer
I recently came to know that I am out of status(more than 180 days)

1. Can I travel out of country now?
2. Would traveling outside US and re entering back with my same L1 visa and petition, reinstate my L1-B?
3. What are the risk/penalties at the port of Entry?(Will I be subject to expedited removal)?
4. I understand that unlawful presence is different from being out of status, and
would my case fall under unlawful presence and will it trigger the 3 year ban when I leave US?
