I transfered my H1 from Company A to B. Got denial today. Dont know the reason yet. Could be because of the client letter didnt having the end date.My contract with client ends on 26th, so they would not give me any letter.

My H1 with Company A is valid till October 10th 2009. He has not cancelled or revoked it yet. I want to go back to him. He will take me back.

Can i continue working with the client , for Company B till 26th June or stop immediately?

Can i go back to Company A, and get a job and file for extension with them? Is the Visa with them still valid ?

Or nothing can be done and file MTR with Company B and wait till approval comes with no job ?

Will this affect my GC process in future if i stay in US ?

How long can i stay in US if i apply MTR with Comapny B ?
