Q.

H1 transfer denied but I got a project, Please help

Hi,
My case:

Consulting company - A:

I got my first H1B stamping which is valid till Sept 30 2009.

Company - B:

Transferred my VISA on "May 2007";
Got approval valid through "March 2010 with I-94";
But lost job on Nov 30 2008; - (lat pay stub Dec 7 2009)
Then they were searching project for me till Jan 2009

Consulting Company-C:

Applied VISA transfer on Jan 2009
Got RFE on Mar 30 2009;
My payroll started from Apr 01 2009;
Replied back to RFE on Apr 30 2009;
On May 29 2009 got another project/job from a Client, which has end date unspecified.
But got Denial notice on June 2 2009.

1.Whether I can stay in US now?
2.Whether can I work under company C after this denial? (Because, Company C saying he will Appeal)
3.What are the options available ? etc
