Q.

My question is regarding I94 extension

I came to U.S.A in JULY 2007 on H1B thru a COMPANY A and I was issued I94 till SEP 2009 since I have the VISA till that date. After some time, I transferred my H1B to COMPANY B and I got a new approval notice I129 along with new 194 which will expire in DEC 2010.At that point I was having two I94’S. I visited my home country in AUG 2008, at the departure I handed over my both I94’S. I returned after two weeks to U.S.A , at the port of entry , immigration official looked into my passport which has visa stamping till sep 2009 with the company A (I didn’t show the new approval notice with company B) , they issued new I94 till SEP 2009.Now I have I94 till SEP 2009 even though I have H1B approval till DEC2010.So what options available for me to get extension on I94 since I have H1B till DEC2010.
