I've Fulltime H1B with CompanyA and parttime H1B with CompanyB.
I completed 6 years on MY fulltime H1.Applied for 3 years extension based on I-140 approval(EB2).My I-94 expired.
I've parttime H1 valid upto 2011.I recently entered US with CompanyA's I-94.which is now expired.
1) If My fulltime H1 gets denied,Can I still be in Status with my Parttime H1B which is valid upto 2011?
2) Can I still get further Parttime H1 ext's based on CompanyA's approved I-140 even when company A's H1 ext is denied?
3)I-94 with companyA is expired.If my full time h1 ext have problem what will be my status? Can I use company B's I-94?
4) Do I have to enter with my part time h1 with visa stamp and get new I-94?
5) What are the best options for my current situtaion if my full time H1 ext has problem?
