H4-H1b
Hi,
I was on H1b and laid off.My last pay date was May 5. On same day I have applied H4 which INS recieved on May 6.
My question- if I gets new offer before H4 get approved say i.e. next week. What my new employer has to do? Can I start with new employer immidately as mine H4 still in pending status? Can I also file H4-H1 in premium process? Is this process is easy? I have all my paystubs and status letters from previous employer.Please advise.....
