Q.

H1B to H-4 to H-1B

Hi, I am currently working with a company on H-1B Visa which was issued last year. But I need to leave the country immediately for personal reasons and will be back after 3 months (my company will revoke my H-1). My question for you is if I come back on H-4 visa and find a job in USA, do I need to go through the lottery again (H-1B cap) or I can use my current H-1B visa (which is valid till 2011) that I am holding right now and have it reinstated.
