H1 Transfer Question
Hi Lawyer,
I have H1 from company A valid till Sep 30 2009.I have worked with company A till April 1 2009, and on April 3, 2009 i have initiated a transfer to company B through premium processing and the case is pending now.
If for some reason if transfer to company B gets denied before my I94 expires(Sep 30, 2009), Can i make a transfer to company C with Company B Paystubs from April 1, 2009?
Will i get a new I94 along with the aprroval notice?
