H1 RFE - How to respond
My H1 transfer started in mid march(No client contract at that time, LCA location Dallas and Chicago). RFE received asking for client contract on last week of april. Now I have a genuine signed client contract till 12/31/2009 but client location a city in Florida(not LCA listed city). I have all salary slip till date.
Now, my company lawyer want to reply to the RFE with the client contract and a new LCA with florida location. He is also going to show I worked in a internal project for first 2 months.
1)Is this okay? Can I get the H1 approved? If not what is the better way?
2) If denied by this process, can I start MTR? Can i keep working when i file MTR?
3) Can I go back to my previous employer if they didn't revoke my H1 yet? Last time i worked for them feb,09.
