Hi lawyer,

1) I was full time employee with Company 'A" and laid of on 2/09 , they told that they will inform INS to revoke H1 after 30days.

2) I applied H1 transfer to "B", got RFE and last date to respond is may 16th, i am expecting it will get rejected.

3) I want to apply for another H1 transfer immediately to "C". here is my question, meanwhile if my "A"'s H1 revoked how that will effect "C"'s H1 transfer?

4)If say, i receive my "A"'s H1 revoke while "C" H1 transfer is in process what will be the effect
Please suggest my the best solution
