Working Remotely from non LCA location
Hello,
I currently work in Portland, Oregon, but I'll be moving to Washington State in two months so that I can go to school part time. My employer will let me work remotely.
My Labor Condition is for Portland, OR. What does my employer need to file so that there are no violations?
a) a new LCA for Tacoma, Washington?
b) an amended H-1B petition?
c) both
d) something else/extra.
