Warning Call for delay in H1 Visa stamping

I have Canada PR (home country India before).I took H1 Visa appointment in Toronto last week and got a call 4th day from Toronto embassy that my case may need additional time for processing
1)This call/warning from means for my case only or its general advise to all /random people?
2)My LCA is in NH(old location of my employer) and MI(where I actually work).Employer moved to IL.but my work location is same MI.Anything risky for visa stamping(move of employer)?Rest I guess I have all docs needed and my paystubs/W2 etc for last 4 years.
3)Is it risky to go for Visa these days in general for admin processing risks? What information they are looking for so I can try to prepare docs before hand ?I heard up to 3 months they may take. Can we convey concern to anyone that I may loose job?
