Q.

H1B working hours

Got an offer with hourly salary + full benefits and will work 36 hrs/week.
1. Is it considered fulltime Job for sponsoring H1B.
2.Should we choose option "Fulltime" for Job type in LCA application. If we choose "Rate is Per Hour" in LCA where will we specify the "number of hrs worked".
3. In I-129, Part 5, Ques 6. Is this a full-time position.

If we choose "yes" it does not give option to choose wages/hour or the number of hours worked/week. I do not find any place in I-129 where total number of hrs worked can be specified.

Can you please tell me if question No. 1 is true, how to specify the salary in I-129 and how the USCIS will calculate the Hours worked.

Thanks for your time
