I have been on H1 with Company A since Oct 08.I did not get a job till date.On Nov 28th an H1 transfer was filed through Company B.This got denied on Feb 17 09 after a RFE.Now,my company A is advising me to transfer to h4.pls note for the entire course,i don't have any paystubs.1.Have i already violated terms of my stay? If not,is it advisable to apply for change of status frm H1 to H4 by stayin in US or go to home country? 2.If home country,do you advise to stay for a long time(2 mnths) & then apply for change of status? 3.If i appear for change of status,woulld I be askd for my h1 paystubs by the VO to know how I maintained my legal status from Oct 08 till date? 4.If asked about paystubs,what do I do?
