Q.

OPT to F1

I completed my Masters on Dec2008(F1 valid until Nov 2011), and I'm on OPT status now.

1) I would like to enroll in an other degree. If I go to my Home country do I need to attend visa again ? What if I get the admission from the same school from which I graduated still I need to go for Visa again ?

2) My husband went to home country (India) for Visa extension, Unfortunely he got 221g query first and later he got a rejection letter stating :- Employer either able to provide qualifying employment in USA. Even though my husband is continously on the Project from past 3 years..
Can he apply for F2 visa ? (if yes, What are the chances that he can get through F2) or does he need to wait until I get a H1 and later apply for H4 visa.

What are our options Please Advice
