Q.

H1B Transfer From H4?

I have an H1B approval from Company A ( Approved Nov 2006 to Sep 2009).
I transferred it and worked for Company B (Approved Oct 2007 to Sep 2010)
Again I joined Company C on H1B transfer (Approved Jun 2008 to Mar 2011).
I got laid off from Company C this Feb 2009. I am working with Company A now. I don't want to file extension for Company A's visa ( Expires this Sep 2009 ) as there are lot of extension denial these days. So I like to travel to my home country and return back through H4 ( dependent to my spouse H1B ).
My question is
Later, Can I use and Transfer Company C 's H1B (expires only on 2011) to secure a JOB. I will not be having their latest pay stubs as I don't work for them anymore and will be in H4.
Can I start immediately to work after filing that H1B transfer ?
