H2B extension
My current H2B visa expires in June 1st (I work in Florida now). I have a job offer (in Alaska). What do I need to get an extension? I know I need to fill I-539 and pay 300 dollars. Do I need just a formal job offer or does the employer need to pay a fee too? Does the employer need to be certificate or fill I129 forms? Can I just fill I-539 and send it to USCIS with the fee, my documents and the job offer? How long does it take me to get it approved or denied?
Can I accept the job offer? Or should I make sure the employer has the right to hire me for the season (June-September 09)?
