Hi I joined 'A' while in F1/OPT: 'A' filed for my H1b/COS on Mar 08 for which I got my approval on Oct 08 and worked for him till the 15 Dec 08. 'A' sent me a email/termination on 17 Dec 08 to transfer my H1 but 'A' told that it can hold my H1b visa till the end of Jan 09 and revoked it on 25 Jan 09.I got paid only till 31 Dec 08.
'B' applied for a new H1b Petition/Transfer and receipt date is 06 Feb 09. On 07 Mar 09, 'B' got an RFE which was replied before 03 Apr 09. According to B’s contract my start date will be 15 Apr 09. 'B' is only 50% sure of H1 approval.

Q1:In this case,was/am I out of status? If yes what were the dates I am out of status?

Q2.Is it possible to apply for a new H1 through 'C' while a H1 case with 'B' is still pending?What are the chances of approval for 'C'?
