New H1 transfer if current H1 transfer gets denied
Hi,
Thank you for your earlier clarification here-

My case got back from FBI check and I received RFE asking for client letter and other contract papers. My employer is in process of submitting a response in next few days. Based on your earlier reply, my undestanding is that in worst case if my H1 transfer from company A to B gets denied then I can still apply for a new transfer from company A to C even if my current visa with company A has expired at this time. In such case, could you tell me -
1. If I file MTR on denial of H1 transfer, how long it takes to get result on it?
2. If I file new transfer with company C after denial of transfer to company B can I continue to work based on new transfer pending?
