Hi,

I'm currently working for a company A on an approved L1 blanket petition and my visa is valid till 2010 Dec.I have got my H1 from a company B with a change of status approved which was effective from Oct1.I have travelled out of US in september and re entered back in october with a new I 94 so my status was not changed from L1 to H1

My question:I have currently travelled to india for a vacation for a month.I want to start working for my employer B on H1 and would like to know if i can file my change of status from US or do i need to travel back to home country to get the change of status done.So that i can start working for my employer B.
