Very Urgent Question regarding H1b filing

I came to USA though company A in L1b Visa. Then I applied H1b Visa through a consulting company. I got it approved on Oct 2007. When I was trying to join Company B he asked me to sign a bound for 2 years. So I continued with Company A. During 2008 I extend my L1b Visa also got stamped in India.
I am not very sure whether my previous company has revoked my H1B. He has not given me any details such as receipt number or H1b document. I tried reaching him several times. He is not picking up the phone. Now Company C is willing to apply new H1b for me. Is it possible for me to get new H1b or I have to do only H1b transfer. How can I do H1B transfer without any documents.
