Hi,

I am currently employed on L1B with Employer A and also hv an approved H1B(Consular processing) thru Employer B which I applied in Apr 2007.I now want to apply for a change of status to H1 and also need H1 tranfer to Emp C.
Questions:
1. My H1 B applied in 2007 (thru consular processing) is still valid and will not pose any issues since I never used it?
2. Can I apply for a change of status from US itself and apply for a H1 B transfer to Emp C together ?
3. Can I immediately start working for Emp C as soon as I apply for the Change of status and transfer?
