Q.

Job loss but wife got admission in univ...

I am on a h1b and have lost my job in jan09...my wife and I are still here and plan to move back (to home country) by april 15th. my wife (on h-4)has meanwhile got admission in univ which is starting april 15th..the univ will issue an I20. Does she have to go back to homecountry to get visa stamp to start college, or can she continue since she is already here?
