Q.

H1b Extension

My H1B expires in Oct 2012, 7years and 2 months after it was first issued. I have an approved I 140 from my previous employer. My most recent employer filed for labor in Dec 2010, and I 140 is pending. Do you anticipate any problems with H1b extension? Would it be for 1 or 3 years if approved?
