New I140 Pending Approval
Hi - I have an approved I-140 (EB2) with a priority date of Nov 2007. My PD (priority date) is current now. I changed firms and my new I-140 is still pending approval and old PD porting.
Can I file for 485/ EAD?
Can I file premium processing to expedite my new I-140 and porting my original PD. My lawyer has mentioned that most of the PP I-140's are getting an RFE and so applying to PP may not be a good idea. Is this true? What should I be careful of in order to not get an RFE when applying for PP I-140.
