Q.

H1 Transfer Denied - Go back to old employer

Hi Gurus

I have applied for H1 transfer from Company A to Company B, but H1 transfer has been denied and the key is - I have couple of pay stubs from Company B

Now that Company B H1 is denied and having couple of pay stubs with Company B

Can I go back to Company A and start working? or Does Company A has file another H1 petition?

Please help
